GOVERNANCE

The CMA is governed according to the usual model of an association under French law, democratic. All of its members are volunteers.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

The statutes are supplemented by internal regulations, both presented below. All members are requested to comply with it.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

A Board of Directors (CA) meets every quarter, a Bureau every month.

The commissions, working groups and international correspondents report to the Bureau and the Board.

For decisions to be taken in an emergency, the president, who strives to adopt a collaborative management, takes the advice of his restricted Bureau, made up of himself, the 3 vice-presidents, the Secretary-General and the Treasurer.
